Cork is our most popular music conducting baton handle material. It is naturally absorbent and provides a firm grip during practices and performances. Cork handles are available in either Pear (1" diameter x 2" length) or Tapered (5/8" diameter x 3" length) shapes, and can be ordered in four different shaft lengths of 12", 14", 16" and 18" (measured from the top of the handle to the tip of the shaft). The shaft is made of hard white birch wood with white lacquer coating that is heat set for extreme durability.
